  • Regular Property Checks

    We look after your property while you are away.
    If your home or apartment is empty for an extended period, regular inspections can help prevent small problems from becoming expensive repairs.
    We regularly visit your property and check its general condition, including:
    • doors, windows and locks;
    • signs of water leaks or other damage;
    • heating and general indoor conditions;
    • plumbing and other essential systems;
    • possible signs of dampness, mould or other problems.
    We can also ventilate the property to help prevent dampness and mould and take care of your plants while you are away.
    You will receive photo and video reports according to an agreed schedule, so you can see the condition of your property without having to be there yourself.

  • Technical Equipment Checks

    For properties under our care, we can regularly check the condition of essential plumbing, gas and electrical equipment.
    Depending on the property, we can check:
    • plumbing fixtures and equipment;
    • gas equipment and its general operation;
    • electrical circuit breakers and protective devices;
    • smoke and gas detectors;
    • visible signs of leaks, damage or malfunction.
    If we notice a problem or potential fault, we will inform you promptly and, if necessary, help arrange a repair or appropriate specialist.
    Please note: these checks are visual and operational checks and do not replace inspections or servicing that must legally be carried out by qualified or authorised professionals.

  • Utilities & Meter Readings

    We can help you deal with utilities even when you are abroad.
    We can provide access to your property for utility companies and service technicians when they need to read your water, electricity or gas meters.
    We can also:
    • check utility bills for obvious discrepancies;
    • communicate with your property management company on your behalf;
    • help clarify incorrect or unexpected charges;
    • advise you on possible ways to advise you on ways to reduce unnecessary utility costs;
    • arrange payment of utility bills where appropriate.
    If you do not have a Czech bank account, we can discuss practical options for arranging payments on your behalf.

  • Preparing Your Property for Your Arrival

    Come home and start enjoying your stay immediately.
    If your house or apartment has been empty for a long time, we can prepare it before you arrive.
    Before your arrival, we can:
    • ventilate the rooms;
    • check and adjust the indoor temperature;
    • arrange cleaning;
    • purchase essential household items;
    • arrange groceries, food and drinks for your arrival.
    If you wish, we can also arrange airport transfers from Prague, Nuremberg or Leipzig.
    So instead of spending your first day cleaning, shopping and dealing with practical problems, you can arrive and immediately enjoy your time in the Czech Republic.
